Attract Capital, LLC is a boutique advisory firm located in New York. Founded in the year 2000 by David Barnitt, the firm has become a leading national and international acquisition financing advisory firm. Mr. Barnitt has close to 20 years of deal making experience in the acquisition financing business as a mezzanine lender, private equity investor and entrepreneur. David Barnitt started Attract Capital to fill the need for quality corporate finance services in the lower end of the middle market. Attract Capital provides private business owners with a knowledge-based, service oriented approach to addressing their acquisition financing needs. Our mission is to help clients raise acquisition financing without them having to give up control. Attract Capital advantages include:
