We are generalists and can work with any type of company. Our typical client is either a service, manufacturing, technology or distribution company domiciled in the United States or Europe. Clients have minimum revenue of $10 million and minimum EBITDA of $2.0 million. Deal size ranges from a minimum of $6 million to $100 million. Our clients have the following characteristics:
